Our Family Business
Gayle and Joe Regalado have been married for 40+ years and started our family concrete business in 1998. At first it was just the two of us bidding jobs and pouring concrete, but now two of our sons, Daniel on the left and Joseph on the right, work with us and are learning the business.
People sometimes ask us "how do you work together all day and go home and still spend time together?" I tell them that work is one thing and family is another, and family is the most important. However, working in the family business has taught them many good lessons on how to be responsible adults. Joe and I tell them that our customers work hard for their money and we should always give them their money's worth - and more!.
